Understand the preview

The browser audition processes audio locally and provides up to 30 seconds of mastered playback without an account or upload. Choose a section that reveals the balance you need to evaluate, rather than only a quiet opening.

Compare fairly

Compare the original and processed playback at a similar listening level. Listen for low-end definition, vocal clarity and unwanted changes in transients or texture. A louder version can seem more impressive without solving the underlying issue.

Finish in the intended workflow

Full export is part of the native Mac workflow. A compatible Windows browser can run the audition, but a native Windows version is not currently offered. Sunset is listed at $25 once; verify current terms on the product page.

1. Check the full file after export.
2. Inspect the start, ending and fades.
3. Confirm the recipient’s requested file format.
